LAKSHYA has at its core a dedicated team of professionals
who come from diverse backgrounds but share the same
vision, mission and passion to succeed as 1st generation
entrepreneurs.
Mr. Priyabrata Kar (Chairman) - Man of varied
interests, talents and abundant business acumen. Possesses
in-depth insight about the trends, both national and
global, in the IT industry. He is passionate and committed
to the growth and progress of Orissa as a economically
advanced state and prominent destination in the global IT
map. His social commitments are evident from the fact that
he has successfully driven LAKSHYA to adopt a village in
remotest area of Western Orissa and has taken the
responsiblity of providing basic literacy to the people of
the village.
Mr. Arindam Chakravorty (Director-Software Development)
- Heads the software development and diversification
activities of LAKSHYA. He is responsible for prospecting,
analyzing and studying diversification options, planning
out innovative delivery and training mechanism and content
for the education and training services of LAKSHYA. He
looks is currently looking after the software development
and solutions activities of LAKSHYA being conducted out of
Bhubaneswar and Bangalore.
Mr. Susant Kumar Rout (Director-Education & Training) -
He is the author of CIMPLE, which is a book that has
received excellent reviews from renowned professors and
academicians from IITs, BITS, NITs. He devoted his entire
career towards research, training and books on C
programming. A man of vast experience and expertise on C.
He has earned the respect of professionals from core
companies like Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Genesys Labs,
etc. He heads the Education and Training activities of
LAKSHYA. His latest title is CECRETS - a brain wracker containing 140 questions in C programming within the syllabus of university degree courses.
Mr. Sudhir Kumar Panda (Director - Operations & Infra)
- Excellent team builder, motivator and man-manager.
Man with immense determination and patience, which is
invaluable for starting and establishing an entity like
LAKSHYA. In-depth experience and knowledge on computer
hardware, devices, infrastructure are his key points. He
is currently solely and fully looking after the operations
of LAKSHYA's Education and Training Services in Berhampur.
Mr. Ashok Dash (VP - Overseas Projects) - A veteran technocrat in international training assignments and projects with a vast experience of more than 12 years. A senior member of LAKSHYA, currently looking after training assignments in the APAC region. His key assets are his suave personality, technical confidence and in-depth knowledge of international training activities and processes involved in student exchange programs.

Prof. Alok Barua - The Prof. of Electrical Engineering and Controller of Examination
IIT, Kharagpur.. Huge amount of
experience, expertise and fore-sight in computer science

analysis, using C language in embedded systems and
processing devices/chips.
Mr. Atul Saini - He is a highly experienced developer in
C++, credited with the development of STLs for C++. He is
currently the CEO of Fiorano software which is also
credited to have developed the fastest JMS server in the
world. He is the architect of an Enterprise Service Bus
which is currently the backbone of companies like
Motorola, Boeing, POSCO to name a few.
Mr. Vishal Dev - He possesses a unique combination of
technical skills with managerial skills and administration
skills which is possible because he is a graduate from IIT
(IT—BHU) and has done his management training from IIM—Lucknow
and he is an IAS. The amount of expertise and fore-sight
an IAS with IIT and IIM background can give is
immeasurable and invaluable for companies like LAKSHYA.
