in partnership with world’s #1 Call centre CRM Solution
developer - Genesys Telecommunications Labs, which is an
ALCATEL group company.
The projects being executed under this partnership are
exclusive related to the telecom and call-center CRM,
billing, agent administration domain. Under this
partnership LAKSHYA solutions Ltd. Is developing:
· A Call Diagnosis & Reporting (CDR) Tool for
Genesys which is going to customize the CDR mechanism for
call-centre administration. The CDR can be referred to as
the life-line for any call-centre operation because this
is the system that diagnoses each and every call made (in
out-bound campaigns) and every call received (in in-bound
campaigns). The diagnosis involves the analyzing of the
call to find out things - who answered it (answering
machine or human voice), call durations, call waiting
alerts, called area details like weather, etc and the tool
reports all these details. The resulting report is the
input to the billing system, which ultimately decides the
profitability of the call being or received. The tool is
being developed in JSP and implements servlets.
Current clients for this tool is Reliance
Infocomm. Subsequently talks are on with BSNL,
Bharti and other related service providers.
· A call-centre agent Desktop, which is the
user-interface which every agent or operator will be
working with. This is a portable, thin, web-based
application being developed in .NET technology (ASP.NET)
and involves advanced Flash and Java Scripting.
· A CDR Billing tool which will generate customer
wise call bills for using the Reliance infrastructure to
execute call-centre operations. This project is the
biggest of them all and will be using JSP, Servlet,
Web-designing tools for the Front-end, the back-end will
be SQL Server or flat files and the interface and sorting
/ searching algorithms will all be developed in C++.
LAKSHYA Solutions Ltd also works on customized solution
development for small, medium or heavy scale industries.
We develop bio-metric and bar-coded automation for various
ERP / MIS solutions, for efficient, accurate and fast
processing of data. We develop web portals for increasing
the web presence of different organizations.
